Welcome
St Joseph the Worker School Reservoir North
Welcome to St Joseph the Worker Catholic Primary School. We are an active catholic community, living our faith and working together. Students are welcomed into a safe, supportive, and inclusive community that challenges and empowers them to be active citizens who are engaged and reflective lifelong learners. We provide our students with a wide range of learning opportunities and work together so that our students can flourish.
We embrace genuine partnerships between families, school, parish and the community, working together to empower and challenge all our students in their learning. We provide a learning environment that caters for the individual needs of students and celebrates all learning. St Joseph the Worker is a wonderful school with excellent teachers, supportive parents, and amazing students.
As a principal, teacher, parent and member of our community, I look forward to working alongside you as we nurture and enrich all of our wonderful students at St Joseph the Worker.

Our Vision
Inspired by St Joseph, we strive to be an inclusive faith community that challenges and supports each individual, ignites a passion for learning and empowers each to be a steward of creation.
Let Us Work Together
School Philosophy
St Joseph the Worker School
At St Joseph the Worker Catholic Primary School, the learner is at the centre of all we do. Students are welcomed into a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment. We challenge and empower our students to be active citizens who are engaged and reflective lifelong learners. As a learning community we work together to nurture and enrich our students so all can flourish.
Our Dispositions
At St Joseph the Worker School we believe learners learn best when they can articulate, reflect on, and have a voice in their learning.
We want our learners to know how to take charge of their own learning and to ‘know what to do when they don’t know what to do’.
The school community worked together in 2021 to identify the “top 5” dispositions we believed were important for successful learning. Students develop an understanding of these dispositions and are supported to use them.
St Joseph the Worker learners are curious, creative, collaborative, resilient, risk takers.
